Save the date for our Thanksgiving Celebration for the Turkeys.
Celebrate compassion this Thanksgiving. Join us as we honor our precious turkeys with their own feast. Complimentary, delicious, vegan refreshments for humans will also be provided.
The beauty shown here is Emma. At nearly nine years old, she is our “wonder turkey.” Turkeys raised in factory farms are slaughtered at 4 – 5 months of age. With all the genetic manipulation they have gone through, farm-raised turkeys rarely live more than a few years, even at a sanctuary.
